Join young Imhotep as he transforms from a curious child into Ancient Egypt's celebrated architect, healer and genius, shaping pyramids and medicine, and leaving a legacy that still awes today.

----

Over 4,000 years ago, in ancient Egypt, a young boy named Imhotep was born. From a  young age, he excelled and quickly became known as a genius.

Imhotep had the ability to see through difficult problems and was often trying new techniques and experiments. He had many talents, and as an architect, Imhotep designed the step pyramid at Sakkara—one of the most incredible structures in ancient history. The step pyramid still stands strong today.

In the pages of this book, you'll discover the Egypt known to Imhotep, as he grows from a curious young man into one of the most successful, intelligent, and well-known men in ancient Egypt.

Eye-Opening History Lesson

I had no idea Imhotep influenced so much of modern architecture and medicine. My kids were equally amazed. Highly recommend getting the full set.

Encouraged a Deeper Love for Math

My daughter usually dreads math, but Imhotep’s story made her excited about learning shapes and measurements. She’s eager to read more books in this collection.

The book was fair and over priced. The character's features to me were very exaggerated. To me it lacked peer reviewed/scholarly information. The book may appear to be historical or presented in such a way to get the buyer to think it is thus that's a good marketing tool that will leave African-Americans once again being taught lies and kept in the dark.
