Refund policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 14 days of purchasing. Otherwise, all sales are final. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@our-ancestories.com with your name, email, and order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

A store credit valued at your purchase price will automatically be issued to your account within 24 hours of receiving your returned item.
